Daniel Richardson
Managing Director
Daniel Richardson is the Managing Director of FGS Advisory. While practising as an accountant, Daniel discovered a passion for finding efficiency in accounting systems that led him to create FGS implementations.
Since 2010, he has worked with firms around the world. He has spoken at international conferences in Hong Kong, Japan and Australia, helping firms improve their practices in workflow and general practice management. Daniel is well known as ‘the’ expert on Xero Practice Manager.
Daniel is also a keen sailor, terrible (but improving) golfer and loves to solve a good problem.
Sandy Nicholas
Senior Implementation Consultant AUS
Sandy is a Chartered Accountant and has worked within the accounting industry for more than a decade. During her years as an accountant, she developed a passion for finding better ways to complete tasks, and by embracing the power of technology. Sandy’s goal is to drive better results while also produce a favourable result whilst also improving the quality of work-life for staff.
She joined FGS Advisory in June 2021 to help more accounting firms adapt and benefit from the capabilities of cloud technology. Sandy’s speciality is implementing seamless solutions through customised app stacks, strategic vision and specialised training.
Outside of work, Sandy enjoys climbing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and van life getaways.
Dan Cheal
Director UK
Dan has been delivering successful implementation projects for accounting practices with FGS since 2018, completing hundreds of projects that have helped firms optimise their operations, improve efficiency, and adopt new technologies.
From experience, he understands the unique challenges accounting firms face and works closely with them to implement the right solutions that drive real results.
In 2022, Dan became a Director and now leads FGS Advisory’s United Kingdom & Europe presence; further extending FGS’s impact in the industry. His passion lies in helping firms navigate change and gain a competitive edge through strategic implementation.
When he’s not helping accounting practices run more efficiently, you’ll find Dan exploring new coffee spots, attempting to lower his golf handicap, or planning his next travel adventure.
Charlotte Towey
IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT AUS
Charlotte has worked in finance & banking and travel industries over the last 10 years, developing finely-honed skills in project management, business solutions design, systems implementation, and quality assurance.
Regardless of the complexity of a project or number of stakeholders Charlotte works collaboratively with client teams to ensure better business and process outcomes that create win-win solutions for everyone involved.
Charlotte loves a good coffee, great red wine and spending time with her german shepherd, Baron.
