Daniel Richardson
Daniel is the Managing Director of FGS Advisory, which he leads for accounting and advisory firms across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Europe, and the Middle East and Africa. He has twenty years in the industry, and FGS has been working inside accounting practices since 2011.
His work sits where a firm's ambition meets its systems: setting technology direction with partner groups, choosing between practice management platforms, and staying accountable once the decision is made. Daniel spends his time talking to anyone in the industry, understanding the landscape and problems to solve with practitioners, vendors, staff members and everyone in between.
He has spoken at Xerocon and at accounting conferences across Australia, New Zealand, Asia Pacific and Europe. He writes here about what he sees, does, and thinks.
